Working Day: Monday - Friday / 09:00 am - 6:00 pm
Job Descriptions:
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair services for advanced equipment at customer facilities.
- Identify and resolve issues related to equipment installation, configuration, and system upgrades.
- Coordinate equipment scheduling to minimize system downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Build strong customer relationships by demonstrating technical expertise and collaborating effectively with customer technical teams at all levels.
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to support system improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports detailing support activities and communicate recurring issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service and installation activities using logs, forms, and reports.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance in accordance with established procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all safety standards, guidelines, and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer or Support engineer within the electronics industry.
- Candidates without an engineering degree will be considered if they possess relevant hands-on experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Chinese (HSK4 and above); ability to communicate in English is required.
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
