About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service Manager position at Atlas Manufacturing Co. Ltd', based in Ayutthaya. As a CS Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the company's financial records and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all accounting processes. This is a strategic role that will directly impact the overall financial health and decision-making of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Sales Administration: Prepared reports and managed sales documentation using MS Office; coordinated the full sales cycle from quotation to Order Confirmation (OC).
  • Order Fulfillment: Managed order entry and tracked shipments against customer POs; resolved discrepancies and ensured accurate invoicing and packing documentation.
  • Material Planning: Utilized systems daily to forecast material needs, issued POs to suppliers, and expedited urgent requests to ensure production continuity.
  • Inventory Management: Managed consigned inventory levels, processed returns, and analyzed top inventory drivers to optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Acted as the key liaison for existing clients, handling inquiries, communicating schedule changes, and resolving RMA/claim issues.
  • Forecasting: Collaborated with customers and management to generate accurate sales and material demand forecasts.
  • Process Improvement: Maintained ISO procedure documentation and conducted annual customer satisfaction surveys to drive service improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaised between Production, QA, Purchasing, and Import departments to resolve material non-conformance and clearance issues.

  1. Bachelor's Degree in related field
  2. 5-7 Years in sales support and customer relationship management.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
