We work with Australian clients across healthcare and NDIS, real estate and construction, migration and education, professional services, and SMEs.

As part of our international expansion, we are building a Thailand-based sales team to support the Australian market.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Thailand-based B2B Sales Executive to sell Getup Solutions' services and software to Australian businesses.

This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding client needs and recommending suitable digital and software solutions. It is not a call-centre or high-pressure telemarketing role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact Australian businesses via phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct discovery calls with Australian clients
  • Present Getup Solutions' services and SaaS products
  • Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with the Australian management and delivery teams
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

  • AI-powered CRM and automation platforms
  • Digital marketing and SEO services
  • Website and eCommerce solutions
  • Custom software and SaaS products
  • Monthly subscription-based digital services

Full training, product knowledge, and sales materials will be provided.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales
  • Ability to communicate professionally with Australian clients
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Confidence in phone and video-based sales conversations
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales tools

Preferred

  • Experience selling SaaS or professional services
  • Experience working with international or Australian clients
  • Background in IT, digital marketing, or business services
  • Understanding of consultative selling methodologies

Salary and Commission

  • Competitive base salary aligned with the Thailand market
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Performance-based monthly and quarterly incentives
  • High performers can earn significantly above the base salary.

Working Hours

  • Aligned with Australian business hours
  • Monday to Saturday
  • No night shifts
