Job Description:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AR/AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with Thai Accounting Standards and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant government agencies.
  • Monitor billing, revenue recognition, and cost controls to support business operations.
  • Implement and enhance accounting processes and internal controls across multi-branch operations.
  • Collaborate with finance and business leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA qualification is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
  • Background in hospital, clinic, healthcare, wellness, or service-based businesses is preferred for familiarity with operational revenue models.
  • Strong understanding of Thai taxation, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-growing environment.
  • Experience in new business setup is an advantage.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
