RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Open new customer accounts in the accounting system and ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and complete supporting documents.
  • Prepare receiving vouchers and related documentation.
  • Contact and follow up with customers for outstanding payments, coordinate with Sales/Service teams as needed.
  • Prepare AR reports and all receiving-related reports.
  • Prepare the monthly Sales VAT report for the Revenue Department, and perform monthly reconcile Sales VAT reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, WHT, and Revenue Department processes.
  • Experience using accounting systems (SAP is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow up with customers professionally.
  • Ability to work under monthly deadlines.
