Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for the company's operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Creating HR systems effectively and efficiently such as HR policies, job description, personnel evaluation system, personnel information control.
- Have full responsibility for the employee recruitment process, from finding job candidates, up to the selection interview.
- Management of selection, promotion, demotion transferring.
- Conducting coaching, training and activities related to the development of capabilities, potential, mental, skills and knowledge of employees.
- Manage employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and addressing any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.
- Being responsible on payroll matters relating to employee absenteeism, calculation of salaries, bonus and benefits.
- Creating employment contract employees as well as renew the validity period of the employment contract.
- Exercise disciplinary action on employees who violate the rules or policies of the company.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and compliant with local labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to labor contracts, work permits, and social security.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR matters and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.
- Manage Visa and work permit process for Japanese employees.
- Manage and renew company important documents and licenses.
- Company assets management.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Representative of environmental committee and lead the ISO14001 activities.
