The search is for an experienced Operational IT Manager to oversee application operations within finance domain IT systems. The idea candidate will demonstrate strong managerial capabilities, particularly in people managerial

Key Requirements:


• Extensive experience (10+ years) managing application operations, project delivery, and IT

system support, preferably within Asset Finance, Wholesale Finance, and Retail Finance

domains.


• Proven expertise in managing teams with a strong focus on conflict management, maintaining

discipline, and fostering a collaborative environment.


• Deep knowledge of the finance domain, especially Asset Finance, with hands-on experience or

strong familiarity with the FIS AMBIT system.


• Solid technical background including proficiency in Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, APIs,

JavaScript, and familiarity with tools such as Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence.


• Strong understanding of IT risk management, compliance, and governance, including PDPA and

Bank of Thailand (BoT) regulatory requirements.


• Demonstrated ability to drive AI initiatives and integrate emerging technologies into IT systems

to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-making.


• Proven skills in project management, ensuring timely and quality delivery of IT projects and

upgrades.


• Experience managing budgets related to IT systems, ensuring cost control and value delivery.


• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with proven ability to work effectively

with international teams and stakeholders.


• Willingness to learn and adapt to organizational processes, standards, and evolving policies.

This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, successful project delivery, driving AI adoption, and

maintaining a disciplined and motivated team within a complex and regulated financial environment.
