Senior Marketing Communication

You Will:
1. Online Marketing Strategy Planning:
- Develop and manage marketing plans for products on various e-marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, etc.
- Google SEM: Optimize for Conversions and ROAS.
- Optimizing cost and performance of ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/IG Ads and TikTok)
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to improve and develop effective marketing strategies.
2. Online Media Management:
- Oversee the creation of advertisements and promotional "Content" for products on online media.
- Coordinate with graphic and content teams/digital marketing to ensure high-quality contents that meet company objectives.
- Design and implement creative ideas to engage the audience, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
3. Online Sales Management:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance of products on e-marketplace platforms and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage promotions and sales campaigns to boost sales and increase Brand Awareness.
4. Partner Coordination:
- Communicate and coordinate with partners, suppliers, Influencers, KOL on e-marketplace platforms to ensure smooth operations and enhance content reach and effectiveness.
- Negotiate and manage business agreements with partners to enhance sales opportunities.
5. Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare regular marketing and sales performance reports for presentation to management: daily, weekly, and monthly reports to understand current situation in the market and plan for the upcoming marketing plans.
- Analyze sales data and marketing effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
You Have:
- Excellent leadership skill and Responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing and Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in online marketing, with a strong emphasis on online advertising (Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or similar platforms.
- Knowledge in online marketing tools, including Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Line, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge and understanding of e-marketplace platforms and online sales.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to work as part of a team.
- In-dept knowledge of all online platforms
- Be able to work under pressure with good problem solving
