We are looking for a Financial & Accounting Assistant Manager to join the company's growing Accounting and Business Improvement team here in Thailand.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage month/year-end closing, AR, AP, GL, fixed assets, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and intercompany transactions
  • Review VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings, ensuring compliance with Revenue Department regulations
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, etc.), reconcile accounts, and provide timely reports as assigned
  • Monitor fixed assets, review payment vouchers, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and policies
  • Lead and support the accounting team, provide financial information to other divisions, and handle assignments from management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
  • 3 years' experience in GL accounting operations; month/year-end closing, fixed assets, P&L, BS and experience in AP, AR
  • Good command of English with strong analytical, problem-solving, and pressure-handling skills
  • Solid knowledge of taxation (VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Logistics or freight forwarding industry background is a plus
