Talent Acquisition& HR Specialist

Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment in the Thai market — including talent mapping, full-cycle interview management, offer negotiation and issuance.
- Develop and execute targeted search plans based on local hiring needs, covering job analysis, channel optimization, candidate screening, competency assessment, and recommendation.
- Coordinate interviews and feedback between clients and candidates, track recruitment progress, conduct background checks, and provide post-hiring follow-up.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and employees to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes — including contract signing, social security and provident fund handling, and handover supervision.
- Support daily HR operations such as attendance, leave management, and employee consultations; ensure compliance with local labor policies.
- Assist in improving internal HR processes, maintaining accurate HR data and documentation.
- Support headquarters in basic administrative work, including office layout, supply procurement, and process setup.
Job Qualifications
- Willing to develop long-term in the human resources field; with at least 1 year of HR-related experience. Candidates with local Thai recruitment or overseas recruitment experience are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above; proficient in Thai and English as working languages. Proficiency in Chinese communication is a plus.
- Candidates with local Thai blue-collar recruitment resources (such as labor agencies, industry communities, blue-collar recruitment platforms, etc.) are preferred.
- Possess excellent communication and expression skills, logical analysis ability and fast learning ability; capable of efficiently connecting the needs of clients and candidates.
- Have a strong customer service awareness and result-oriented thinking; able to proactively promote the progress of recruitment delivery.
