About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Vietnamese) to join our growing international team. In this role, you will lead and execute talent acquisition strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple global regions. You'll collaborate closely with leadership teams to build a high-performing, inclusive, and scalable workforce that supports our continued global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Execute international recruitment and manage end-to-end hiring processes for all positions as required by the organization.
  • Build and maintain talent potential candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies at key target markets in APAC.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define suitable candidate profiles.
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring efficiency through data-driven analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with international labor laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Coordinate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless candidate journey from interview to offer, onboarding, and off-boarding with no errors.
  • Partner with global hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, build and maintain talent pipelines using proactive sourcing methods.
  • Work closely with the TA Lead on recruitment reporting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment.
  • Strong track record in sourcing and hiring for global tech or business roles.
  • Solid understanding of global mobility, relocation, and visa processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Open relocation to Bangkok
