Key Responsibilities :-

1. Maintenance Strategy & Operation

  • Develop maintenance strategies for washing & drying machines and utilities (electricity, water, pumps, gas, etc.) to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Manage both Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities.
  • Create short- and long-term PM/CM plans and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and propose preventive actions.
  • Implement digital tools such as CMMS, IoT monitoring, or maintenance dashboards for data-driven management.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance performance reports.

2. People & Team Development

  • Lead and develop the maintenance team to strengthen both technical and customer service skills.
  • Define team structure and monitor individual performance.
  • Organize technical, safety, and service standard training sessions.
  • Foster motivation and build a proactive maintenance culture within the team.

3. Budget & Resource Management

  • Prepare and control the annual maintenance budget.
  • Oversee spare parts purchasing and usage to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Analyze maintenance costs and recommend actions to optimize resource utilization.

4. Field Service & Customer Coordination

  • Inspect washing & drying machines, electrical systems, and equipment safety.
  • Coordinate with branch and franchise customers (FC) to update repair status and maintenance schedules.
  • Request spare part approvals, provide cost estimates, and summarize repair outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze service request data to identify recurring issues and report findings to management.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and evaluate team performance against KPIs.
  • Analyze root causes of recurring maintenance issues and propose preventive plans.
  • Prepare monthly and annual KPI and analytical reports for management review.
Qualifications:-
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management for washing & drying machines or utility systems (electricity, water, pumps, hot water, gas, etc.).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong team management skills., or related fields
