HRIS & Document Management Specialist

Job Description
We're looking for an organized and proactive HRIS & Document Management Specialist to support our HR systems and ensure smooth handling of all employee documents. You'll help set up and manage our HRIS modules, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and keep our HR data accurate, secure, and compliant.
Your daily activities include:
Set up and configure third-party HRIS modules and workflows,
Support HR users with system guidance and issue resolution,
Manage all employee agreements and HR documents—digital and physical,
Maintain organized filing systems, document tracking, and version control,
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across HR systems and files,
Work with HR, IT, and vendors on improvements and new system features,
Help streamline HR processes and drive simple automation where possible, and
Support other HR activities as needed.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related field,
years' experience in HRIS, HR operations, or document management,
Strong experience setting up HR systems and building workflows,
Excellent organization and attention to detail with documents and data,
Good understanding of HR processes (payroll, time attendance, talent, etc.), and
Excellent command of English.
