Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and content partners across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and performance incentives.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure brand alignment in content and promotional activities.
• Monitor affiliate campaign performance using tools and platforms (e.g., affiliate networks, tracking software), and generate performance reports.
• Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and new affiliate technologies.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to align affiliate activities with broader business objectives.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ year of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing 
• 2+ hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within an e-commerce platform, enabler, or performance marketing agency.
• Understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and common performance metrics (e.g., CPA, CTR, ROI).
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
