Job Title: Production Engineer (Supervisor)

Location: Si Racha

Business: Renewable energy

Working Day and Time: Mon - Sat, 08:30 - 17:30

Responsibility:

  • Supervise and manage daily production operations to ensure products meet quality, quantity, and safety targets.
  • Coordinate workflow according to the production plan and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure machines are in good operating condition.
  • Analyze production data, identify problems, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct training for production staff to improve technical and quality performance.
  • Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance) to resolve production-related issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or related field (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering or supervision, preferably in the Solar PV, electrical energy, electronics, or automotive industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
  • Good understanding of production management, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must Good command of Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above); English communication skills are a plus.
  • Able to work Monday–Saturday (alternate Saturdays off).
