About the role

Join Top Link Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as our Plant Manager based in Si Racha Chon Buri. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and efficiency. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth and continuous improvement of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, and safety protocols
  2. Develop and implement effective operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks
  4. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
  6. Provide effective leadership, mentoring, and training to plant personnel
  7. Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar senior operational role within the manufacturing industry
  2. Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and best practices
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
  4. Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams
  6. Adept at leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence
  7. Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
