JOB PURPOSE

The Project Engineer supports the Senior Program Manager and Project Manager(s) in executing Airbus programs. This role ensures on-time and on-quality delivery of products by coordinating technical, operational, and customer requirements. The Project Engineer bridges engineering and program management, ensuring traceability of data, compliance with requirements, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain customer order-book accuracy, including updates via customer portals.
  • Prepare, update, and distribute project reports, schedules, and KPIs.
  • Support meeting preparation, including agenda, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Organize and control customer visit schedules, travel, and accommodation logistics.
  • Manage document control, scanning, and archiving in compliance with standards.
  • Prepare and distribute project materials and presentations for Airbus and internal stakeholders.
  • Support risk and issue tracking at the project administration level.
  • Assist with purchase order management and special business tasks.
  • Facilitate IPT daily board.
  • Running legacy projects (modification of current work scopes).
  • Forecast monthly & annual sales plan.
  • Perform other duties or assignments as assigned by the superior or management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • 5 years' experience in project administration, coordination, or support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficient communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Understanding of SIOP processes is an advantage.
  • Able to work in AMATA CITY Rayong.
