General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution of a Data Center project. This role involves coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in project administration, and preferably an electrical or mechanical engineering background.

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
  • Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and milestones; follow up with responsible parties (PICs) to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to track material delivery, work progress, and document submission.
  • Update project progress in Huawei and/or customer systems.
  • Assist in summarizing project delivery plans and status for management reporting.
  • Support warranty follow-up and defect resolution activities where applicable.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute action items.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related), Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in construction, engineering, or data center projects.
  • International or Thailand-related professional qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Ability to travel to upcountry locations as required.
