What You'll Drive

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries.
  • Manage leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Coordinate school tours, interviews, offers, and enrolment processes.
  • Collect and verify documentation and payments, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support recruitment events, workshops, and community programs.
  • Assist new families with onboarding and first-month check-ins.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent parent experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Team player who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
