Job Descriptions:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for bancassurance that aligns with the organization's overall goals, focusing on market penetration, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Development Oversight: Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of bancassurance seller and customer campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are data-driven and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with Krungthai Bank, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on campaign initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and oversee their tracking and reporting to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources (budget, personnel, technology) for bancassurance campaigns, ensuring optimal efficiency and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, compliance, and operational teams to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns and alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying best practices in campaign management and exploring new technologies that enhance customer interaction and sales efforts.
  • Reporting to Senior Management: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, detailing campaign performance, strategic insights, and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the capacities of team members in campaign management, strategic thinking, and analytics, fostering a high-performance culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any fields
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales campaign, marketing analysis
  • At least 3 years of experience in team management
  • Having good knowledge regarding Life Insurance Business
  • Good Command of written and spoken English
  • Expertise in data analysis
  • Self-motivated with initiative, achievement oriented and adaptability
  • Excellent and effective communication, presentation, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal skills
  • Work well under pressure
