About the role

E.C.I. Group Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President to join their leadership team. This is a full-time role based in Bangkok. As the Vice President, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and growth of the organization, ensuring the company continues to thrive in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities :

  • Responsible for all automotive's sales and marketing matter such as marketing, network expansion, sales and aftersales service to strengthen the company's competitive advantage of Sales and Marketing Company in Thailand by report to the Managing Director.
  • Provide market insight, sales channel information, and guidance on Thai laws and regulations to support strategic decision making of the company.
  • Liaise with government authorities to mitigate the risks of issues that may impact the business.
  • Assist the Managing Director and CFO in enhancing the financial capabilities and developing credit facilities under favorable terms to support sales operations.
  • Assist the Managing Director in enhancing the organizational capabilities, including people matters and building employee engagement.
  • Assist the Managing Director in enhancing the business continuity management, including risk mitigation matters such as operational risk, strategical risk, market risk, credit risk and liquidity risk.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by company management.
