Job Responsibilities
- Study and gain a thorough understanding of the company's products and brand.
- Develop training materials and other related resources for product training.
- Conduct product knowledge training sessions for the sales team, customers, and other relevant internal and external parties.
- Provide consultation, advice, problem-solving, and responses to inquiries related to the products.
- Participate in market data analysis, competitor comparisons, and compile relevant information for training purposes.
- Event & Marketing Support
- Co-support Sales Medical Device Team for E-Bidding Process
- Co- with Sales Representative for Surgical Case Support (Support Arm Device)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Medical Technology, Aesthetic/Anti-aging Medicine, Pharmacy, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Specialist in the beauty or medical device industry.
- Pleasant personality with strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to coach effectively (Good Presentation and Coaching Skills).
- Proficiency in English or Chinese will be considered an advantage.
- Open to challenges, eager to learn new things, and committed to continuous self-development.
