Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the executive's personal brand strategy and image alignment.
  • Manage social media presence across platforms (Such as LinkedIn etc.).
  • Coordinate with agencies to produce brand-aligned content.
  • Draft and edit posts, captions, or scripts for interviews and public appearances.
  • Monitor audience engagement, feedback, and media mentions to enhance brand reputation.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules efficiently.
  • Coordinate communications and meetings with clients, partners, and media.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and materials for meetings or events.
  • Accompany the executive to business or media engagements when necessary.
  • Assist with personal errands, bookings, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Marketing Executive, PR Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of personal branding.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance, confidentiality, and strong English communication skills.

  • Knowledge of PR, and personal branding techniques.
