Key Responsibilities
1. Sales

  • Plan and execute sales activities to achieve assigned targets.
  • Expand the new customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Present products and solutions that meet customer needs in the industrial sector, contractors, consultants, retailers, and project owners.
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and customer demand trends to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, summarize sales reports, and follow up on closing sales.

2. Technical Support

  • Provide technical advice on electrical cables, relevant standards (TIS, IEC, etc.), and proper cable selection for each application.
  • Review drawings, BOQ, and electrical system specifications to propose suitable products.
  • Coordinate with engineering and production departments to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.

3. Project & Coordination

  • Meet with contractors, project engineers, and consultants to present electrical cables for new projects.
  • Monitor project progress from start to delivery.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.

4. After-Sales Service

  • Provide product standard information, certifications, and warranty documents.
  • Offer guidance or initial troubleshooting on technical issues for customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in selling electrical cables, electrical equipment, or M&E systems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of electrical cable standards such as TIS, IEC.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze electrical specifications and construction drawings.
  • Own a personal vehicle and be able to travel to meet customers.
  • Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
