Responsibilities:

  • Oversee after-sales services for the project.
  • Prepare necessary documents and equipment for the handover of houses.
  • Summarize customer house inspection reports and send them to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate repairs to ensure completion before transfer of ownership.
  • Prepare documents related to water and electricity meters.
  • Receive and address customer complaints and take corrective action.
  • Prepare reports and summaries of customer service data to present to supervisors.
  • Work location: Ari, Ratchapruek, and Phloen Chit areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service within the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with effective document management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience in ownership transfer processes is an advantage.
