Executive Vice President

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct leadership experience in developing, structuring, and executing large-scale projects (e.g., greenfield developments, acquisitions, joint ventures, M&A) within the energy industry.
• Extensive expertise in joint ventures (JV), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), divestment including deal sizes exceeding $100 million USD.
• Mandatory international exposure, with experience navigating cross-border transactions, regulatory frameworks, and diverse stakeholder environments.
• Deep understanding of project finance structures, and global investment trends.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Minimum 15 years of progressive senior executive experience in investment, corporate development, or divestment with a energy sector** (e.g., oil & gas, power, renewables, energy infrastructure).
• Mastery of financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and risk assessment for energy projects.
• Exceptional leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
