Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to manage and enhance the reliability, performance, and security compliance of our IT environment.
This position leads the System, Network, and IT Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, while maintaining readiness for customer and compliance audits. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership capability to guide a high-performing infrastructure team.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, virtualization, and IT systems across HQ and affiliated companies.
- Supervise and develop team members to ensure efficient, reliable, and proactive IT operations.
- Ensure infrastructure services comply with corporate IT governance and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Coordinate and prepare for customer IT audits, including documentation, evidence preparation, and audit walkthroughs.
- Work closely with Security and Compliance teams to address audit findings, vulnerabilities, and improvement actions.
- Plan and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) procedures to ensure operational resilience.
- Oversee infrastructure-related projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality objectives are met.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement for IT hardware, software, and services.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, configuration records, and technical standards for all infrastructure components.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, or IT Operations — including at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge in Windows/Linux administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking (LAN/WAN/VPN/Firewall), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Experience in customer audit processes and maintaining compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, or NIST.
- Proven ability to lead a team, delegate effectively, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proactive, service-minded, and able to perform under pressure.
- Good command of English and Thai, both spoken and written.
