Position: ISO Supervisor (Or Senior)
Location Working: Thai Usui Co,. Ltd. (Ayutthaya)
*Work every other Saturday (ทำงานวันเสาร์ เว้น เสาร์)
Job Responsibility:
- Report performance of Quality Management System to QMR in Monthly meeting for continue improvement.
- Ensure a consulting that timely and effective action are taken by the appropriate department to ensure compliance with the ISO9001 / TS16949 / ISO14001 requirement of the standard.
- Coordinate and monitor with internal in the Quality & Environmental Management System.
- Establish that Internal audit system and external audit system to improve the Quality system and Environmental ensure compliance with the requirements of the standard.
- Control green procurement and support chemical management control system as customer request.
- Control follow up CAR from CB and CAR from Internal audit.
- Document control. (Issue, review, check, distribute, destroy, control revision.)
- Prepare and cooperate Internal auditor ISO9001/TS16949/ISO14001.
- Issue management review report, Control internal audit, Review contingency plan.
- Support customer system audit and follow up CAR and answer to customer. Include answer self-audit report from customer.
- Audit and develop supplier.
- Others job assigned by superior or top management in all regulations and manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in ISO standards (e.g., IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO are highly preferred.
- At least 5 years working experience as ISO 9001 Document Controller / ISO 14001/ IATF16949 / Support to ISO MR
- Experience in conducting internal audits and familiarity with audit methodologies.
- Strong understanding of document control systems and quality management tools.
- Ability to analyze data from KPIs, non-conformities, and customer complaints to drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and root cause analysis techniques.
- Advanced conversational middle level of English
