Job Summary:

The QMS Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and improving the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, or other relevant standards. This role supports audits, document control, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee QMS implementation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage document control and audit processes.
  • Support internal and external audits, including corrective actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct training on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Analyze quality data to drive improvements.
  • Ensure excellent communication of quality standards and processes in English across all levels of the organization.
  • Integrate ESG considerations into quality management processes and ensure compliance with sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in food , Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and ESG principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
