We're hiring Neighbors and Friends : Strategic Planning Manager

Location : Siam Patumwan House

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor team members to develop media strategies aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.

Collaborate with the AE team to conduct a proposal and present to clients.

Work closely with Ads Optimiser to implement the plan and deliver the promised results.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and able to recommend tactical adjustments to optimize results.

Manage multiple client projects, ensuring on-time delivery and exceeding performance targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong understanding of how digital marketing works (ads, SEO, social media, analytics) and ability to clearly explain pros/cons to clients.

Industry knowledge in real estate (preferred) with ability to advise on strategies that align with market trends.

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.

Strategic and critical thinking with a results-oriented mindset.

Problem solving and good communication skills both in Thai and English.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and client communication skills.

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) is a plus.

Highly responsible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
