Purpose of the Position

To partner with the business and HR teams in developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development (L&D) programs that enhance organizational capability and employee performance. The role drives a learning culture, ensures alignment with business strategy, and supports INSEE's competency framework and talent development agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the learning needs analysis (LNA) process in collaboration with business leaders and HRBPs to identify competency gaps and prioritize development programs.
  • Design, develop, and implement effective learning and development solutions to strengthen both technical and leadership capabilities.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate training programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy, business priorities, and competency models.
  • Foster a learning organization culture by promoting continuous learning, coaching, and knowledge sharing across the business.
  • Develop and implement knowledge management tools, best practices, and learning systems to enhance internal capability and collaboration.
  • Deliver and evaluate learning solutions (in-house and external), including digital learning initiatives, to maximize learning effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resource Development, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, HRD, or Organizational Development, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA/LNA), learning design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of competency frameworks, learning management systems (LMS), and talent development processes.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English languages
  • Based at Saraburi Office
