Position: Human Resource Supervisor
Location: Nong Kae Factory, Saraburi
Report to: Human Resource Manager
Scope:
Responsible for managing and controlling human resources overall at Nong Kae factory, and supporting policies and plans of various units in the Nong Kae factory area. This is to ensure efficiency and alignment with the human resources policies of the company and the policies of other departments within the Nong Kae factory
Responsibilities:
- Present a plan that aligns with the strategy of the department/division and control, ensuring that the budget conforms to the approved presentation in order to maximize the benefits in terms of control and oversight.
- Supporting labor relations management activities in the area/factory under responsibility to create a positive work environment, free from internal conflicts within the organization, and coordinating with the employing organization for collaborative work.
- Operate in accordance with the regulations and rules regarding work, promoting control of various operations so that every unit understands and complies correctly with the regulations regarding work.
- Coordinate activities related to conducting the Employee Engagement Survey and developing Action Plans in the Nong Khae factory area.
- Operate and control employee welfare operations to ensure efficiency in accordance with the company's regulations and policies.
- Control, oversee, and manage human resources and operational data related to the HRIS system, including tasks such as employee data management, Employee/Manager Self-Service, Performance Management System, and Learning Management System online, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and continuously improve work through Kaizen, including promoting the development and improvement of the team's work.
- Develop oneself and the team, monitor, and review the performance of subordinates, including specifying skills, knowledge, and abilities that are appropriate and consistent with the operational plan.
- Coordinate with internal and external relevant organizations, such as work networks, human resources, and government agencies, to support one's own work and the team in achieving success and efficiency.
- Recruit personnel below the department manager level as approved. Optimize staffing levels for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, General Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in human resources for 5 years or more and holding a supervisory position for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of labour laws and human resource management
- Knowledge of the Quality Management System
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
- Knowledge in Workforce Analytics
