Job Description

  • Execute strategies to develop assigned projects in areas such as agriculture, marketing or manufacturing.
  • Monitor project progress, assess issues and recommend resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Review the status of projects and budgets, coordinate schedules, and prepare status reports.
  • Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects.
  • Drive and support the integration of, and adherence to, corporate and legal requirements in the design and construction of new facilities, processes, equipment, and utilities.
  • Collaborate with regional domain leads for domain specific expertise support in build projects.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in operations with challenging environmental health and safety aspects.
  • Experience managing third party resources, including engineering service providers to deliver business results.
  • Knowledge of the company's environmental health and safety standards, and international standards and codes related to build projects and construction safety.
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft project, AutoCAD, 3D software (BEAMS, NAVISWORK or equivalent) & Primavera.
