About the role

As a Legal Advisor at NTT DATA (Thailand) Co., Ltd., you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and high-quality legal services to support the company's business operations. This is a full-time position based in Bangkok, where you will be part of the organization's legal team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
  2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments
  3. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
  4. Supporting the company's strategic initiatives, investments, and business opportunities
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks

What we're looking for:

  1. 2+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably gained in a large law firm or the in-house legal team of a complex organization.
  2. Extensive knowledge and experience in diverse areas of commercial legal practice, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property
  3. Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to operational staff and senior stakeholders
  4. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  5. English proficiency must be at a very high level, particularly in written communication.
