MTL Fit serves as an omnichannel platform that engages users online through MTL Fit application and offline through our activities all year round. Our application combines health score, step & exercise minutes tracking, nutrition tracking, exercise club, individual & team challenge to keep users stay tuned to a healthy lifestyle. We reward health users through the MTL Fit Rewards program where users can collect Fit points from their steps, exercise minutes , and health check up results. These Fit points ultimately turn into a user's Health & CI policy renewal year premium discount. We are looking for an Admin/ Marketing support to help the MTL Fit team to operate our applications and our marketing activities smoothly and effectively. If you're a proactive individual who enjoys both administrative and marketing tasks in a dynamic and challenging working environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Admin

1.1) E-Procurement

  • การสั่งซื้อสินค้าบริการ หรือ จัดจ้างบุคคล โดยทําผ่านระบบ E-Procurement ของบริษัท
  • การเพิ่มชื่อคู่ค้า และ ตรวจสอบชื่อคู่ค้า ก่อนทําธุรกรรม หรือ สัญญาร่วมกัน
  • การส่งเอกสารตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขภาษี/สรุปรายการภาษีต่างประเทศประจําเดือน

1.2) Expense record

  • การจัดทําสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายของทีม
  • การตั้งค้างจ่าย การเคลียร์ค้างจ่าย

1.3) งานนิติกรรม

  • ส่งข้อมูลรายละเอียดเพื่อแจ้งทางทีมนิติกรรมดําเนินการร่างสัญญา
  • ประสานงานและตรวจสอบรายละเอียดเนื้อหาสัญญาเพื่อประสานงานต่อในขั้นตอนถัดไป
  • ดําเนินการส่งหนังสือสัญญาเพื่อรับการลงนามให้ครบถ้วน

  • นําส่งเอกสารสัญญาให้กับทางคู่สัญญาเพื่อดําเนินการตามขั้นตอนให้ถูกต้องและ ครบถ้วน

  • Marketing support

  • การจัดส่งของรางวัลให้กับผู้ชนะในการจัดกิจกรรมบนแอปฯ MTL Fit

  • Support Marketing Communications: การ set up email หรือ app notification เพื่อส่งหาลูกค้า
  • สรุป-แจ้งรายละเอียดกิจกรรมกับทาง Customer Service หรือ ทีม Call Center
  • รับผิดชอบเรื่อง Customer Case ที่ติดตามของรางวัล หรือสอบถามเรื่องกิจกรรม บน Salesforce รวมถึงช่องทางการติดตามอื่นๆ

  • Support งานด้าน admin ในการจัด event ของแอปฯ MTL Fit

  • Application support

  • การตรวจสอบและอนุมัติการส่งผลตรวจสุขภาพผ่าน ระบบ OCR

  • การตอบคําถามลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับ แคมเปญการตลาด และ ฟังก์ชั่นพื้นฐานของแอพที่ไม่ เกี่ยวกับด้าน technical (กรณีเป็นคําถามที่ call center ไม่สามารถตอบได้)

  • อื่นๆ ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์และความต้องการของทีมในจังหวะนั้นๆ
