Job Responsibilities :
  • Support the sales team across both online and offline sales channels
  • Handle sales orders from online platforms such as Facebook, Line OA, Marketplace, and other company channels
  • Support offline sales activities including corporate clients, walk-in customers, and distributors
  • Coordinate with sales team, customers, and internal departments
  • Prepare sales documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related documents
  • Follow up on order status, delivery, and update customers accordingly
  • Maintain and organize customer data in the system
  • Prepare basic sales reports and summaries
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
  • Experience in Sales Admin, online sales, or offline sales will be an advantage
  • Experience with Line OA, Facebook Page, or online sales systems is a plus
