About the role

This exciting role of Administrative Team Leader at APEX LEAP INTERNATIONAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CO., LTD.' provides an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a team of administrative professionals in the dynamic environment of the Bangkok office. As a fulltime position, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the administrative function, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of administrative staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline administrative operations
  • Provide training and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex administrative queries or issues, resolving them effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of administrative activities
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required
  • Foster a positive, productive team culture and encourage open communication

  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in an administrative role, ideally within the call centre or customer service industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively

  • A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service
