Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

  • Use no-code/low-code platforms to design and implement intelligent AI agents.
  • Configure workflows and behaviors for AI agents to automate specific tasks based on business requirements.
  • Utilize pre-existing AI models and APIs for natural language understanding and decision-making.

System Integration

  • Integrate AI agents with external systems like CRMs, ERPs, social media, and customer support platforms using APIs and connectors.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between the AI agents and other tools.

Automation Workflow Design

  • Create and customize automation workflows to solve real-world business challenges in areas such as customer service, lead generation, and HR.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design templates for recurring use cases.

Testing and Optimization

  • Test the functionality and accuracy of AI agents to ensure they meet business needs and deliver optimal performance.
  • Monitor agent performance and make necessary adjustments to workflows and configurations.

Documentation and Collaboration

  • Document AI agent workflows, configurations, and best practices for internal and external use.
  • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Qualifications

    Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience in building workflows or automations using no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Bubble, or similar platforms).

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code AI platforms and tools such as OpenAI's API, Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar.
  • Understanding of API integration and basic concepts of data exchange (JSON, REST APIs).
  • Experience with automation platforms for workflow design.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Aommunication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering solutions efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pre-built AI tools for chatbots, virtual assistants, or automation.
  • Basic knowledge of business process workflows in sales, marketing, or customer service.
