About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Junior Tech Presales Executive to support our Sales Team in positioning and delivering our AI-driven solutions across customer service, logistics, manufacturing, and enterprise digitalization.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation as a Business Analyst (BA) or System Analyst (SA) with the capability to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate effectively with our development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal preparations.
  • Understand customer requirements and map them to our AI solution capabilities.
  • Draft functional requirement documents, workflows, and solution briefs.
  • Coordinate with internal development teams to prepare PoCs, demos, and customized solution responses.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with both technical and functional inputs.
  • Maintain updated product knowledge on all AI solution modules.
  • Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and support pre-sales closure activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Tech Presales, Business Analysis, or System Analysis.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, digital transformation, and basic AI/automation concepts.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Moderate to good English communication—required for coordination with regional teams and developers.
  • Good presentation skills and customer-handling capabilities.
  • Capable of preparing solution documents, flow diagrams, and high-level architecture notes.
  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior exposure to enterprise clients in logistics, manufacturing, or customer service domains.
  • Familiarity with OCR, chat/voice bots, dashboards, workflow automation, or similar solutions.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based products.
