About the role

In this position, you will play a crucial part in management with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts; preparing financial statements. What you'll be doing

1. Be responsible for maintaining and balancing an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.

2. Be responsible for analysis information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.

3. Be responsible for preparing general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.

4. Be responsible for preparing payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.

5. Be responsible for checking purchase tax.

6. Be responsible for posting Miro Debit note and Credit note (Material) in system. & posting Miro Invoice (Material RR) in system.

7. Be responsible for checking and recording inventory provision.

8. Be responsible for preparing reports for job concerns in accounting and other related department.

9. Be responsible for checking and ensure account transaction such as inventory and costing, accounting, finance and tax before posting to financial statement both accounting and tax related.

10. Be responsible for performing related work as required.

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree in Accounting or a related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
