We are looking for a passionate
E-Commerce Key Account Executive
who will join our Sales team
.
- Develop e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales
- Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers and competitors
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all platforms
- Build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business
- Execute plans for assigned Account (s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
- Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs
- Primary focus is to drive revenue targets through increased product sales with assigned E-commerce accounts
- Develop individual account action plans to achieve assigned monthly sales target
- Review and analyze category performance by accounts to ensure continuous category growth
The position is an onsite position based in
Bangkok, Thailand.
Office Location: WHA Bangna Business Complex (Close to Mega Bangna)
How do we describe a perfect match?
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- Demonstrated success in previous roles as well as delivering targets in On-line Sales, eCommerce, digital experience compulsory
- Proven experience in multi-channel retailing and expert knowledge of e-commerce marketing/sales and e-commerce direct selling experience required
- Strong working knowledge of websites, digital advertising platforms, email, CRM and analytics
- High learning agility, digital or e-commerce experience and dealing with ambiguity required
- Strong focus on results, capable of identifying and tracking critical metrics, identifying key opportunities and issues and develop/execute plans to address
- Passion for e-commerce a must Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
- Computer literacy and Internet Savvy
