- Manage and maintain assigned payroll customer portfolios, ensuring consistent engagement and long-term relationship development.
- Plan and execute account strategies, including regular client visits and personalized product presentations based on customer needs.
- Promote banking products and services, provide financial literacy, and organize customer engagement activities in collaboration with clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales and service targets.
- Identify and pursue new payroll customer opportunities to expand the bank's retail customer base.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking, especially in payroll services or financial product sales, is preferred.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client connections.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills, including appointment setting and follow-ups.
- Confident presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with large groups.
