Job description

  • Manage and maintain assigned payroll customer portfolios, ensuring consistent engagement and long-term relationship development.
  • Plan and execute account strategies, including regular client visits and personalized product presentations based on customer needs.
  • Promote banking products and services, provide financial literacy, and organize customer engagement activities in collaboration with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales and service targets.
  • Identify and pursue new payroll customer opportunities to expand the bank's retail customer base.

Qualifications

  • Experience in banking, especially in payroll services or financial product sales, is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client connections.
