WE'RE HIRING WE'RE LOOKING FOR A "Credit Judgment Management" TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY OF GROWTH

Key Responsibility:

  • To lead and execute high-quality underwriting decisions across secured and unsecured retail finance products while ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to credit policy, and portfolio quality.
  • The role requires strong credit assessment expertise, operational leadership, digital-forward thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively at management and committee levels.
  • Perform credit assessment for both unsecured (Credit Card, Personal Loan) and secured loan (Hire purchase/Used car)
  • Maintain the right balance between credit quality and business growth by making decision to support reasonable approval rates while controlling the risk
  • Supervise credit judgment operations to ensure the accuracy, SLA and approval quality meet target
  • Implement control to reduce errors, early delinquency and fraud
  • Identify and monitor areas for process redesign, drive digitalization of credit judgement workflow and resolve operational issue promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments as Marketing, Collection or IT to improve productivity and quality of application & portfolio
  • Prepare high quality report and communicate clearly for senior management and credit committee
  • Ensure credit activities comply with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Strong command of credit assessment and fraud detection standards over 5 years in at management level from consumer finance or retail banking business, preferably in large scale operations
  • Strong leadership and ability to lead credit judgment team and manage day-to-day operations
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in retail finance industry
  • Excellent PowerPoint creation skill and confident in presenting at management or committee meeting
