WE'RE LOOKING FOR A " Talent Management" TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY OF GROWTH

Key Responsibility :

• Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development programs.
• Identify high-potential and critical talent, coach managers on performance and development, and analyze talent data to strengthen retention.
• Lead organizational culture initiatives, promote company values, and coordinate engagement activities and major corporate events.
• Ensure compliance with HAC agreements, HR policies, and ISO requirements, while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Support HR communications, training, and cross-functional HR initiatives to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness.
• Handle assigned ad-hoc tasks and special HR projects to support urgent business needs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of working experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR development roles.
• Strong communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Experience with HR compliance, performance management, or ISO standards is an advantage.
