JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Research and gather data from various sources such as current records and market-based compensation surveys.
  • Utilize relevant data analysis techniques to assess results and derive key findings on pertinent topics related to compensation.
  • Actively contribute to building new reports, trackers, and databases related to HR and compensation.
  • Participate in the global rollout and implementation of the Job Evaluation project as part of the project team.
  • Support in executing salary reviews for senior executives and expatriates, ensuring fairness and alignment with company policies.
  • Provide support for other COE Rewards projects and special reports as required, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or management fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in C&B function
  • Experience in Corporate C&B, Regional C&B lead. A consultant background is preferred.
  • Knowledge in Job Evaluation methodology e.g. HAY, MERCER IPE and be able to make role clarification documents would be preferred
  • Good computer literacy: MS Office, SAP
  • Excellent command of English

Salary: THB 130, ,000 (Based on qualifications & experiences)
