As a member of the CEO Office, you will work closely with the CEO, Mr. Sathien Sathientham and executive leadership to drive strategic sales initiatives, explore growth opportunities, and support top-level decision-making. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, has strong business acumen, and is ready to make a direct contribution to Carabao's success.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, review, and synthesize factory KPIs (OEE, Yield, Line Efficiency, Cost per Unit, Material Losses) into actionable insights for CEO-level decision-making.
  • Drive alignment between factory operations and corporate strategy to ensure production, quality, service, and cost objectives are achieved.
  • Strengthen costing and production control processes, including standard cost maintenance, SKU costing, variance tracking, and validation of BOM/routing accuracy.
  • Identify and address key cost drivers across raw materials, packaging materials, utilities, labor efficiency, machine utilization, and operational losses.
  • Lead or support high-impact initiatives—Lean, Kaizen, TPM, digitalization, automation, and cost optimization—to enhance factory productivity and cost effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, QA/QC, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, Finance, and HR to resolve operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, strategic reports, and performance reviews for the CEO, EXCOM, and senior leadership.
  • Monitor governance, quality, and compliance standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO) to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO on how factory performance contributes to long-term competitiveness and organizational goals, with an emphasis on achieving targets at a reasonable, efficient, and optimized cost structure.

Qualifications

  • Age: 30–35 years old
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or related fields.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Beverage, FMCG, Packaging, or Food Manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in costing, production controls, variance analysis, and factory performance management.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing systems: OEE, Lean, TPM, line utilization, packaging technologies, and high-speed production environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic operational environment, with a solutions-driven mindset and a strategic outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare executive-level reports.
  • High flexibility and ability to work directly with the CEO.
