You'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth across Asia — leading sales development, providing technical expertise, and strengthening relationships with key partners. This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven professional who thrives in both sales' strategy and hands-on technical engagement, helping customers adopt innovative, sustainable packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market presence
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
    (pricing and contract negotiations).
  • Identify and
    Engage brand owners, converters & film makers to drive business growth
  • Provide technical support on material performance, trials & troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with R&D to align innovations with customer need
  • Build long-term relationships and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Deliver insights on market trends and customer feedback
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

About You

  • Degree
    in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Technology, Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years' experience
    in technical sales or business development (packaging, films, or materials industry)
  • Strong understanding of
    barrier films & sustainability frameworks
    (EU PPWR, RecyClass, APR)
  • Proven regional sales success with solid negotiation & technical advisory skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in
    CRM (HubSpot)
    and
    project management (Wrike)
  • Fluent in English
    ; Thai or other Asian languages a plus
  • Passionate, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote, multicultural environment
