Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Financial Advisor at Allianz Ayudhya located in Bangkok. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, insurance planning, retirement planning including tax & estate planning to clients. You will analyze their financial situations, recommend suitable strategies, and help them achieve their financial goals.
This position is commission-based, not salary-based. It is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who seek high-achievement, unlimited income potential, and long-term professional development.

Blue Star X Program

As part of Allianz Ayudhya's exclusive & top financial advisor Blue Star X Program, you will receive intensive training and mentorship to become a top-tier financial advisor. The program equips you with advanced knowledge in life & health insurance, unit-linked products, retirement solutions, and corporate policy (keyman insurance) with a strong focus on tax efficiency and estate planning. You will also benefit from leadership development, sales mastery, and opportunities to collaborate with a high-performing network of advisors across Thailand.

Qualifications

  • Based in Bangkok Metropolitan Region
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Thailand without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • At least 2 years of experience in any field
  • Previous experience in Sales / Customer Service / Finance and Investments will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Investment Consultant (IC) license or certifications such as CFP or CFA are a plus
