- Analyze business needs, gather requirements, and propose practical technical solutions while considering system constraints.
- Oversee the entire development process, including stakeholder discussions, solution design, identifying technical challenges, and supporting production deployment.
- Design and develop system specifications, flow diagrams (FDs), ERDs, function specifications, and other technical documents.
- Collaborate with users, designers, and developers to ensure efficient feature delivery within project timelines.
- Create and interpret various process and system diagrams, including context diagrams, use case diagrams, business process diagrams (BPDs), and flow charts.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies throughout the development cycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or a related IT role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps principles.
- Proficiency in system analysis, technical documentation, and process modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in Thai and English (both verbal and written).
Advantageous Skills:
Experience in software development, particularly web applications
- Familiarity with UI/UX collaboration tools like Figma and FigJam
- Prior experience as a developer
- A portfolio showcasing system analysis documents
- Data analysis skills

- After Fourth Month: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site).
