JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Account Executive is responsible for managing relationships with accounts to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
This role involves customer relationship, strategic planning, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert new customers and maintain customer growth in an assigned sales territory
- Identify and prioritize targeted customers based on opportunity size and likelihood of business success
- Engage, sell and sign-up new customers or re-activate previous customers with no trading in the last 12 months
- Achieve Sales Target/Plan by generating sales revenue through conversion and penetration
- Achieve Sales Target/Plan for technology by deploying/activating conversion, penetration, and retention of existing accounts
- Liaise and response to counterpart offices in related to sales matter
- Maintain and comply with Sales processes and requirements, TEAMS compliance, sales reports, SOP, operation, and business processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- 3 years sales experience preferably in logistics, freight forwarding or related service industry.
- Experience in managing and developing accounts
- Good command of English (Both of spoken & written)
- Chinese speaking with HSK5
- Display strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and Networking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to use CRM software
- Present strategic thinking with problem solving ability
- Possess own vehicle and able to commute to Bangkok vicinity and EEC area
